Plumsteadville, May 1, 2001:
NIKKISO Pumps America, Inc. is pleased
to announce the completion of the first phase of the start-up operation at its
new American facility, the return to full production of all HYDROFLO products.
HYDROFLO product line consists of:
Eight series of HYDROFLO pumps with flows from 0.01 - 3530 GPH, and
pressures to 5,000 psig.
Seven series of HYDRODAMP pulsation dampeners.
Two series of HYDRODRIVE variable speed drives.
Two series of HYDROGARD valves, for back pressure regulation and safety relief.
The HYDROINJEX line of injection quills.
Two series of HYDROMIX agitators.
The HYDROTANK line of liquid handling packages.
After opening the doors on February 1, 2001, NPA quickly took the steps
necessary to return the HYDROFLO product line to full production and
fulfilling the requirements of customers who had waited through the
ownership transition. In addition to the satisfying the initial backlog,
incoming requests for HYDROFLO products have strengthened markedly
over the first several months of operation.
Aiding the rapid start-up, NPA was successful in securing the return of a
number of previous Hydroflo employees. Seven key individuals have
rejoined the Sales, Engineering, Production and Administration
departments bringing with them a combined 64 years of HYDROFLO
experience.
Aggressive progress toward the second phase of facility start-up:
the full technical, commercial and production support of the NIKKISO
metering pump lines is already underway.
